The Trust has a single focus on developing an dimproving the leisure services and facilities of Derwentside, and actively engages in pursuing innovative and dynamic programmes designed to maximise access and opportunity to all ages and target groups within the community.The Trust delivers services to the highest standards of professionalism and expertise, and strives to maintain and build quality and accessibility.In so doing, it aims to:continuously improve facilities and extend services for existing users;generate growth and uptake by introducing new ways of engaging with non-users;provide wide-ranging, relevant and up-to-date programme that appeals to a broad cross-section of users |

Leisureworks offers both wet and dry leisure facilities which includes the following: Lifestyle Fitness Suites, shokk gym, swimming pools, swimming development, sauna, five-a-side football, badminton, squash, bowls, play zone, out reach sessions, adult and children activity coaching, exercise classes, health classes plus other activities compatible with multi purpose facilities.Leisureworks also have two arts facilities which offer professional pantomime, professional and amatuer live shows, film and hire facilities. |
