Vision Redbridge Culture and Leisure began operating as a charitable trust in April 2007. As a key partner to the London Borough of Redbridge, Vision RCL is a registered charity operating Fullwell Cross Leisure Centre, Wanstead Leisure Centre, Fairlop Waters, Redbridge Cycling Centre, Ashton Playing Fields and Cricklefields Athletics Ground. Vision also delivers an Exercise on Referral Scheme in partnership with the Redbridge Primary Care Trust. In May 2011 Vision Redbriidge Culture and Leisure expanded and took over the management of a far wider range of Cultural services in Redbridge including Libraries, heritage, parks and open spaces. |

Vision plays a vital role in improving the quality of life of those living, working and visiting Redbridge. Our Mission is to raise levels of physical activity amongst the diverse Redbridge community and to offer an attractive, safe, welcoming, and encouraging environment for people to achieve their personal aims. |

Until May 2011 Vision managed and operated wet and dry leisure centres, dual use leisure centres, outdoor sports facilities, fitness gyms and studios, health partnership programmes, food and beverage, golf courses, licenced bars and a country park with lakes. Vision delivers coaching, instruction, learning and development activities and grounds maintenance services at all it's facilities. The company now also manages a wider range of Cultural services including libraries, heritage, parks and open spaces. |

| Development Plans |
In 2009 and 2010 Vision invested £750k in Fullwell Cross Leisure Centre to relocate the existing fitness gym to the first floor and significantly improved the range of facilities and services for customers on site. Vision secured a new 10 year funding arrangement with the London Borough of Redbridge from May 2011 and is planning further investment across the leisure facilities in it's portfolio over the next 5 years. |
