The principle objective of the Charity is the provision and operation of recreational facilities for the benefit of the public in the Test Valley Borough with the object of improving the conditions of life of the local residents. The purpose of VLL is: 'Together, VLL and TVBC will deliver excellent, safe and enjoyable leisure services to the people of Test Valley that will allow them to enhance their health and fitness and general well being'. |
