To provide or to assist in providing facilities for recreation,physical education or other leisure time occupation in or in connection with the town of Harlow and its neighbourhood.To provide facilities for people who by reason of health,age,infirmity or disablement,poverty or social or economic circumstances may have special needs.To provide all services within a not for profit framework and give value for money.To improve the quality of life and health in the local community by providing physical and social recreation. |
