Celtic Community Leisure is the trading name of Neath Port Talbot Leisure Limited which was established on 1st April 2003 by Neath Port Talbot County Borough Council as an Industrial and Provident Society to manage leisure facilities within the county borough.At present the Trust manages nine leisure centres and swimming pools. |
