Making the Right Choices – Your Service Delivery Options
As part of the IDeA strategic commissioning programme, Local Partnerships are holding four events on options appraisal which will be held in London and in York for those involved in culture and sport services, two aimed at lead elected members and two aimed at heads of service who are considering alternative delivery arrangements for their services.
The programme aims to provide an understanding of the procurement & options appraisal process, the benefits & risks, using workshop time to explore the criteria that should be included in the options, and those to be used to judge the appraisal.
